We are so grateful to you and the many other dental providers that trust us to provide orthodontic care to their patients.  Please use the links below to submit an online referral.  We can then reach out to the patient and schedule a no-charge initial exam.

COMING IN JUNE – we are upgrading to a more simplified referral process this month.  The old referral portal is currently inactive.  In the interim, please send patient name, phone, email, and reason for referral to us by email and we will promptly reach out to your patient to schedule a consultation.
