personal
Gary was in private practice in Edina, Minnesota for 31 years. He joined Woodlake Orthodontics in June, 2020. He currently sees patients in our Rosemount, Shakopee, and St. Louis Park locations, and fills in when needed at our other offices. He is best known for his love of donuts, Swedish fish, and Dr. Pepper, and seasonal caramel puffcorn, the only he knows how to make.
Gary grew up in St. Louis Park, but has lived in Richfield since 1978. Gary is married to his lovely wife Lynn for 40+ years, and they have two wonderful adult children, Jenna and Daniel. He has several grand-pets, but has fallen in love with his grand-dog, Penny.
When he is not working, he can be found relaxing at his cabin in western Wisconsin. He considers himself a handyman and fixer of broken things. Gary enjoys volunteering with Richfield YoungLife, where he can act like a big kid, and also mentor and support junior and senior high school students along the way. Gary might think of himself as a big kid, yet he received his Medicare card in the fall of 2020.
Gary and Lynn tolerate winter by occasionally planning a vacation to warm weather destinations, often with the word Disney in it.
