I absolutely love working with Dr. Hicken and our team at Woodlake Orthodontics. I was welcomed with open arms and the Richfield team continues to support me and one another every day. It is incredibly fulfilling to see this teamwork extend to our patients, whose laughs and smiles echo in our office! We put our patients first and foremost, and take pride in giving them brighter futures with a gorgeous smile.

In my free time, I enjoy playing board games, reading the latest murder-mystery, fishing, and spending valuable time with my family and friends.

What I love most about my job is meeting new people and help them transition into treatment.  It is truly rewarding to see all the beautiful smiles and the boost in one’s self confidence.

When I am not at work, you can usually find me on a beautiful challenging golf course, even on a cloudy or rainy day.

The best thing about working at Woodlake Orthodontics is being able to see our patients flourish both physically and mentally throughout their treatment with us. I love being able to help people feel confident in their smiles. The noticeable transformation I see from the very first visit to the final appointment gives me a great, unexplainable feeling.

When I am not at work ‘sword fighting’ tongues and saliva, I am either spending time with friends and family, feeding my spending problems or all of the above. I know I should say something like, “I enjoy long walks on a warm summer evening.” Unfortunately, I’m  instead posted in front of a good TV show,  Door Dashing my heart away.

I love the amazing community we have built at Woodlake Orthodontics to help our patients flourish and thrive. I love being able to watch each patient build confidence and grow during their time in treatment. The patient experience is extremely important and close to my heart because having been a patient myself is why I have this career today.

When I am not at work, I enjoy cuddling with my kitties Shiva and Toad, trying new food spots with my significant other, playing board games with friends, and spending time with my family at our cabin!

I love working at Woodlake Orthodontics. I really enjoy my coworkers and my doctor… we are like one BIG family!!! I also love being a part of creating the beautiful smile the patients envision for themselves and the excitement afterwards.

In my free time I love hanging with my friends and family. I love, love, love playing bingo, dancing, and travelling. I’m also obsessed with “Hello Kitty” and am always willing to eat chips and dip.

I have had the opportunity to work for Woodlake Orthodontics since 2017 and am looking forward to many years to come. I take great pride and joy in supporting the clinics and patients. The doctors and team members make my days fun and enjoyable. I feel very fortunate to be part of such an incredible team. They are all hard working, inspiring, compassionate professionals that really care about their patients. Being a part of creating a journey to give patients the confidence in their smile makes everyday worth it.

In my free time…..What’s free time? I enjoy multitasking and staying busy. When I’m not at work you can find me spending time with my family, camping, going to the lake, fishing, playing card games, and streaming a good documentary or series. I also enjoy spoiling my dog Lexi, which my kids would refer to as my fur baby!
