I absolutely love working with Dr. Hicken and our team at Woodlake Orthodontics. I was welcomed with open arms and the Richfield team continues to support me and one another every day. It is incredibly fulfilling to see this teamwork extend to our patients, whose laughs and smiles echo in our office! We put our patients first and foremost, and take pride in giving them brighter futures with a gorgeous smile.

In my free time, I enjoy playing board games, reading the latest murder-mystery, fishing, and spending valuable time with my family and friends.

What I love most about my job is meeting new people and help them transition into treatment.  It is truly rewarding to see all the beautiful smiles and the boost in one’s self confidence.

When I am not at work, you can usually find me on a beautiful challenging golf course, even on a cloudy or rainy day.

 
Oliblish | Assistant

I’ve always wanted to be a dental assistant and have always loved braces and the process behind them! Fun fact: I had my braces done here, and I absolutely love working at this office and with Dr. Hicken. I couldn’t ask for a better team or a better group of patients. It’s so fun to hear about their experiences and all the other fun stuff going on in their lives! One of my favorite parts of my job is getting to see our patients’ progress from start to finish on their orthodontic journey :).

I love staying busy, and to do so I work part-time at a restaurant on the weekends. When I’m not working, I love staying active—whether it’s walking, running, hiking, or just enjoying the sun. You can also find me at the gym! I love spending time with my friends and family :). I very much enjoy attending church, I love listening to music, and some days I just need to do absolutely nothing so I can recharge :).

I love the amazing community we have built at Woodlake Orthodontics to help our patients flourish and thrive. I love being able to watch each patient build confidence and grow during their time in treatment. The patient experience is extremely important and close to my heart because having been a patient myself is why I have this career today.

When I am not at work, I enjoy cuddling with my kitties Shiva and Toad, trying new food spots with my significant other, playing board games with friends, and spending time with my family at our cabin!

I have had the opportunity to work for Woodlake Orthodontics since 2017 and am looking forward to many years to come. I take great pride and joy in supporting the clinics and patients. The doctors and team members make my days fun and enjoyable. I feel very fortunate to be part of such an incredible team. They are all hard working, inspiring, compassionate professionals that really care about their patients. Being a part of creating a journey to give patients the confidence in their smile makes everyday worth it.

In my free time…..What’s free time? I enjoy multitasking and staying busy. When I’m not at work you can find me spending time with my family, camping, going to the lake, fishing, playing card games, and streaming a good documentary or series. I also enjoy spoiling my dog Lexi, which my kids would refer to as my fur baby!
